The Mission
The African Americans of Excellence in Frederick, MD, celebrates the rich contributions of African Americans through local art and student works. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and promote community healing by fostering dialogue, understanding, and unity while honoring cultural achievements.
Diversity
Our project celebrates diversity and inclusivity, showcasing the achievements and contributions of 7 remarkable African Americans in Frederick, Maryland. Through art and storytelling, we aim to inspire and empower the community.
Creativity
Creativity is at the heart of our project, bringing together talented artists, photographers, and videographers to capture and honor the essence of each honoree. The fusion of art and storytelling creates a unique and engaging experience for all visitors.
Community Engagement
